·                           Researched, analyzed and forecasted monthly and yearly performance, for direct hire piping installation

·                           Worked directly with superintendents and project managers in supporting monthly progress reports.

·               Created and maintained, on a daily basis, a piping progress dashboard showing work completed and work to go provided to supervision and management

·                           Involved with a rebaseline of the jobsite schedule in a 2 month time period.

VPP Star Team: OSHA Voluntary Protection Program

I am a team member of the VPP Star Team at BGCAPP. The project was recertified by OSHA as a star site in September of 2014.This program is set up to provide and ensure the safety and health of all employees on site. There are on the spot awards for those individuals that go above and beyond to keep themselves and others safe.

 

Junior Achievement:

I volunteer my time to teaching high school students the importance of a career and economic success. I will attend their class once a week for 7 weeks. Each session was geared towards decision making, career choices, interview preparation and other advice on the life decisions the students would soon be making.

 

NextGen : Community Involvement Officer and Professional Development Officer

This group was created within Bechtel to offer a way for college hires to get acclimated to the new area, the employees and management at the project. We set up multiple social gatherings and events to let those involved have the opportunity to learn and meet others in areas not related to their position.

 

ETEC: Efficiency through Engineering and Construction -Treasurer

While attending Michigan Technological University, I was a part of a group, in which we aided the community and promote sustainability. We created Generation of Energy, in which we worked with high risk, high school students, and worked together to assist the elderly by winterizing their homes. This interaction also translated into the enterprise programs at those such as High Schools.
